We recently welcomed a new member to our team, Taylor! As our administrative assistant, Taylor might be your point of contact when calling PayHub. We asked her a few questions about her introduction to PayHub, and what she's most excited about moving forward. Here are her responses!
What is your role at PayHub and what are your responsibilities?
I am the Administrative Assistant. I do a lot of different things throughout the day. Some of my main tasks include boarding new merchant applications, communicating with clients, and ensuring everyone in the office is on the same level of communication. I do a lot of other things too like ordering office supplies, researching information that could benefit our company, and any other miscellaneous tasks that could help our office or clientele.
What do you like most about being a part of the team?
Everyone is so welcoming, which is great. I like how everyone works as a team and isn’t afraid to reach out to other team members with questions. It is a true team environment that keeps the office running so well!
What has been the most exciting thing to learn about since joining the team?
I’ve already learned so much even though I have been here less than 3 weeks. Since I am going to be a channel of communication within the office, it’s been great to learn everyone’s preferences and expectations. My goal is to make the office run as smoothly as possible.
What are you most interested to learn more about?
There are a lot of different platforms and databases I have been learning. I am excited to learn and become more familiar with the application process.

What are some of your favorite hobbies?
I love reading, going on hikes, and traveling. Now that it’s winter I can look forward to ski season!

My favorite local vacation spot is Newport, Rhode Island!
