What hours can I reach customer service?
Payhub’s customer service department is available from 8:00am – 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday. We also offer 24-7 emergency customer support to all clients to handle any off-hour emergencies that may arise.
When will I receive my statements, and can I pick the day I receive them?
Statements are printed and mailed before the 5th of the month for the prior month’s activity.
Do I have online access, and what happens if I get locked out?
Payhub offers free online account access to all clients. that includes full reporting and access to monthly statements. If you get locked out or need to reset your password, this can be done online via the login screen (make sure any pop-up blockers are off), or by calling Payhub customer service at 1-855-572-9482.
When will my funds be available?
Payhub offers next day funding on all transactions settled prior to 7:00pm EST for most accounts. Unique accounts may require an earlier cutoff time.
Is there a maximum amount I can process?
There is no maximum amount you can process. We monitor each account to maintain the highest level of security. If you know that a larger than normal transaction is coming through, or you are expecting an exceptionally large month in sales, let us know ahead of time to maintain the highest level of security on your account.
How do I change or update equipment?
Most credit card terminal updates can completed over the phone. If you need to change or purchase new equipment, give us a call at 1-855-572-9482, and we’ll help you navigate equipment options to find what’s best suited for your business.
